Lisbonne novembre 2006

Le discours de Anne Farrell du RIH, lors de l'ouverture du Forum Régionale Européen à Lisbonne, novembre 2006 invitant les Européens à participer au Premier Forum Nord Américain à l'automne 2007

"Hello, I bring greetings from the pre-regional forum of the North American region. We have been inspired by different regional Forums.

I come from the part of the world that is telling the rest of the world what to do. But today we are here because we need to learn what to do to, learn from you.

Learn to communicate with diversity and learn non-violence, because people are not happy with the emerging model in my region. A growing majority of North Americans - do not support theses wars - do not support these occupations and do not support these so-called "leaders". People with hearts know there is no future if this goes on like that.

Rather, it is regional forums such as this, a gift to the people of the world that we choose as our inspiration. And I am honoured to announce the first North American Forum to be held at the end of next year. As you all so warmly welcome me as an international guest, we extend this invitation to all of you at our forum in 2007".
